The Estonian Language
What follows is my translation of the Estonian words used in this document.
The spelling is certain to be wrong as I have only heard them and sounded
them out. Someday, I will find an Estonian to English translation book
and fix them. Currently, I only have an English to Finnish dictionary.
Most words are the same as the Finnish language, Emma used to say "Finnish
just like Eesti only little words left out of Estonian".
Ayolla = No
Courratt = "The Devil" a swear word common to both
Russians and Estonians
Kula boise = "Hold it boys"
Mies guse gahs = "what the hell"
Missonne = "What" A questioning statement that can
have depth to include what is your attitude
Missa mutlatt = "What are you thinking"
Ohtsen valez = "in is out"
Ryuse = Working hard (from the song Vahnamez ryuse about an
old woodcutter that wasn't sure if it would be the big tree he was chopping
or himself that would collapse and die first)
Terra terra = Hello
Vahnamez = Old man
